This first quiz will focus on introductory concepts and software security.
This quiz will have two parts: a multiple-choice section and a long-answer section.
- Multiple-choice section

Please print a copy of this "bubble sheet" template before the quiz (or download it to a tablet). I will have you scan and upload your work (or just submit the PDF from your tablet).
- Long-answer section

This portion will be structured as a Gradescope fixed-length submission. Again, please print this template PDF before Thursday, fill it out during the quiz and then scan and upload at the end.
We will incorporate Webex-based proctoring, so please ensure that your webcam is in working order. If you don’t have a camera, now would be a good time to get one. Whether or not we return to in-person instruction this Fall, the ability to fully engage in remote meetings will be important to many of your future employers. If you have a good reason why you can’t participate in the proctoring (e.g., the quiz will be held at 2am in your time zone), please let me know ASAP.
